In her third year, Ms. Faria attended the University of Hawaii

Ms. Faria’s practice consists mainly of civil litigation, primarily at the trial level, for both plaintiff and defendants. On the plaintiff side, the Firm has obtained multimillion dollar recoveries for both individual and class action clients. We have also obtained defense verdicts and rulings in cases ranging from fraud to legal malpractice, where the damages at issue were alleged to be in excess of $150 million.
Ms, Faria is a member of the Hawaii and American Bar Associations and was admitted to the Hawaii State and Federal Courts in 1997. Ms. Faria was a law clerk to the now deceased Honorable John S. W. In 2010, Ms. Faria was awarded the prestigious Top 40 Under 40 Leaders by Pacific Business News.
When time allows, Ms. Faria enjoys paddling, outrigger canoe sailing, hiking, biking, surfing and most recently foiling. Her 17 year old son and three Labrador retrievers have fun playing with her from mauka to makai, but the labs take a pass on the biking.
