Admitted: Raymond Cho is admitted to practice law before all Hawai'i courts and the United States District Court for the District of Hawai'i.  He is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Background: Raymond was born in Seoul, Korea and reads and speaks Korean fluently.  After moving to Hawaii when he was a young child and graduation from St. Louis High School, he attended George Washington University, where he received a B.A. cum laude in 2000, double majoring in Economics and International Affairs.  After college, Raymond returned to the islands to attend the University of Hawaii, William S. Richardson School of Law, and received his J.D. with honors in 2005.
